Joyce Tremblay
Senior Vice President: Experience Summary:
Ms. Tremblay is an accomplished property manager with extensive experience managing retail, office, industrial, government and parking/garage facilities. As a CPM , whose areas of expertise include lease administration, budgeting/financial reporting, operational management, construction coordination, marketing, and tenant relations; Ms. Tremblay skills have proven beneficial to the Genesis Management team and to its clients. Ms. Tremblay has a BS in Accounting from the University of Lowell and is a member of IREM, BOMA and the ICSC.

Robert B. King
Chief Investment Officer: Experience Summary:
An acquisition and development professional with proven project and asset management experience. Mr. King originates new real estate investments and has strong relationships throughout the real estate industry. Mr. King has made a career of raising and negotiating debt and equity capital for new and existing projects, and underwrite assets with complex financial structures. Prior to joining the Genesis, Mr. King has held a variety of executive positions with a multitude of investment firms. In these roles, Mr. King performed business analysis, financial analysis, market analysis, asset analysis for commercial, industrial, residential and retail properties and real estate related assets, underwrote business investments for value added investors, completed financial feasibility analysis of new developments, including construction and permanent financing projections and project schedules and managed teams of consultants to complete underwriting projects on schedule. Mr. King received his MBA at The Darden School, The University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA and a BA at The University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA.

John Allen
Financial Team: Experience Summary:
A detail oriented senior financial manager with broad experience in Treasury functions, Mr. Allen has managed entire cash planning and control functions for major high technology company. With expertise in analyzing mathematically complex financial proposals and transactions, Mr. Allen easily educates others as to the associated risks and potential rewards of a given proposal. Mr. Allen was the Treasury Finance Manager at Teradyne, Inc prior to joining Genesis Management Group’s financial team. In this role, Mr. Allen was responsible for world-wide cash management, banking, investment policy, foreign currency exposure management, and complex capital financing activities. Mr. Allen has a MS and BS in Engineering from Cornell University.

Edmund Tremblay, CPA, CIA
Financial Team: Experience Summary:
A seasoned professional who is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Mr. Tremblay’s 40 year work history includes working in public accounting, for private corporations and as an auditor for a governmental agency. The variety of these work experiences have allowed Mr. Tremblay to become expert in preparing financial information and reviewing financial information presented by others. Mr. Tremblay graduated from Bentley College with a BS in Accounting (with honors) and is a member of the following organizations AICPA, MA Society of CPA’s, Institute of Internal Auditors, and the Association of Government Accountants.
