of Genesis Management Group,Mr. Grant offers years of experience and expertise in the real estate industry - particularly in management , site -development and identifying investment opportunities over the course of his career. Mr. Grant is best known for approaching all types of properties in an entrepreneurial fashion. He has become expert at identifying opportunities for adding value, and managing expenditures at retail, office, industrial properties; and properties owned by private enities , local municipalities, various states and the federal government. Mr. Grant performs with accountability, versatility and is results-oriented for his clients and owners. Mr. Grant has held executive-level positions at a variety of regional and national real estate companies. In these prior roles, his efforts resulted in tremendous growth within those companies adding a diverse group of properties and property management assignments to their respective portfolios. Mr. Grant is a graduate of Northeastern University with degrees in Finance and Law and he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association (BOMA), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) . Mr. Grant is active on various boards and charties as well as a supporter of the Boy Scouts of America .

Mr. Neve’s expertise in development complements the objectives of the Genesis Management Group. He possesses the ability to support the clients of Genesis Management Group by offering professional guidance on virtually all development issues that property owners routinely face. His success in the areas of development, land use, engineering and surveying provides Genesis with the ability to offer a wider variety of services and expertise than most real estate development and property management companies. Mr. Neve is the founder of the Neve-Morin Group, Inc. (NMGI). NMGI has been in business for thirty years. He specializes in securing local, state and federal permits and applying for and successfully receiving zoning variances. His experience with private developments, conservation commissions and other municipal boards is unsurpassed in Massachusetts. Mr. Neve has both undergraduate and Masters degrees from the University of Lowell and the University of New Hampshire. Mr. Neve is a registered Land Surveyor and Engineer
